Terms and Conditions Terrur WWII Shelter Experience –
- The adult section ‘Terrur’ of the exhibition and animation in the WWII shelter includes various scary moments, lack of air, disturbing sounds and minimal lights / flashing lights.
- If you have a health condition, the organizers do not recommend that you go through the ‘Terrur’ path and section. If the participant decides to enter, it is his/her responsibility to do so and the organisers are not responsible for anything which might happen to the participant.
- The ground is uneven.
- At no point/time shall the participant be rude to the actors or touch the actors/exhibits.
- No mobile phones, flashes, photos and videography are allowed at the Terrur WWII shelter.
- The organisers are yet to be informed in advance that the ‘Terrur’ section includes various scary moments and thus it is the participant’s responsibility to go through this path.
- Keep with the booked time. There is a limited amount of people that can visit the shelter at one time. If you are late for the booking, you might need to wait for a long time until you can visit the shelter.
- Children under the age of 14 years are not allowed to enter the Terrur shelter (adult section). ID cards will be requested at the entrance of the WWII shelter.
- If you are caught breaking the rules, you will be ordered to immediately leave the Terrur path.

Terms and Conditions Terrorito WW2 Shelter Experience
The kids' section ‘Terrurito’ of the exhibition and animation in the WWII shelter is within a combined space that includes stuffy air and minimal lighting / flashing lights.
- If you have a health condition, the organisers do not recommend going through the ‘Terrurito’ path and section. If the participant decides to enter, it is his/her responsibility to do so, and the organisers are not responsible for anything which might happen to the participant.
- The ground is uneven.
- At no point/time shall the participant touch the actors/exhibits.
- Keep to the booked time. A limited number of people can visit the shelter at one time. If you are late for the booking, you might need to wait for a long time until you can visit the shelter.

- Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied at all times by a guardian. A free adult ticket is issued with every purchase.
- If you are caught breaking the rules, you will be ordered to immediately leave the Terrurito path.
